CMD+O is a keyboard shortcut that opens files. In Cologne's Malzfabrik, CMD+O opens perspectives! The open, no-fee workspace by Deutsche Telekom gives ITexperts, young professionals, and university and high school students from all over the world a place to realize their own projects, make valuable contacts, and broaden their horizons. We asked Tim Kummerfeldt, Senior Consultant HR Marketing, about what you can expect in Cologne.

Tim, what is CMD+O?
With CMD+O, we've created something completely new on the German market. Under our motto 'Open workspaces for open minds', we offer an inspiring environment for working, networking, and sharing knowledge for everyone. In addition, we have put together a diverse program of Magenta workshops, expert talks, and panel discussions.

What can I expect there?
We let everyone experience digitalization hands-on in an urban environment, in tech talks, workshops, and case studies, and create new things together with experts - supported by high-speed WiFi, snacks, drinks, a 3D food printer, and our recruiting robot.

When and where will it take place?
You'll find us at Cologne's Malzfabrik, the old malting plant, from October 15 to November 16. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Who can join in?
If you enjoy talking about tech and trending topics in an unusual environment, we're the right place for you!

Do I have to sign up ahead of time? And if so, how and where?
You can drop by the workspace at any time. If you're interested in attending the workshops, you can visit our website (German), where you can see the entire program and sign up for workshops that interest you.
