Deutsche Telekom AG (DTE.XE) said Wednesday that it won't replace board member Thomas Kremer when he retires next year, and will instead merge his responsibilities into a new role.
Mr. Kremer, who is responsible for data privacy, legal affairs and compliance, will step down on March 31, 2020, the German telecoms company said.
His responsibilities will be merged with human resources at the beginning of next year. Chief Human Resources Officer Birgit Bohle will oversee the new board area, the company said.
