DGAP-News: DIC Asset AG / Key word(s): Change of Personnel Press Release DIC Asset AG Reshuffles Senior Management of DIC Onsite Frankfurt am Main, 18 December 2018. DIC Onsite GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary of DIC Asset AG, which in turn is one of Germany's leading listed property companies, will start into its next financial year with a new senior management as of 01 January 2019. The objective that the S-Dax-listed DIC Asset AG pursues in line with its very dynamic growth is to intensify the property management focus of its asset management and property management subsidiary, which employs 120 staff and operates six branch offices across Germany. DIC Asset AG has embarked on a successful growth trajectory, and expanded its assets under management to c. EUR 5.1 billion in recent months. Against this background, the requirements in regard to lettings, refurbishments and other needs of DIC Onsite's real estate portfolio, which focuses on appreciation and the generation of sustainably attractive revenues, have seriously intensified. DIC Asset AG therefore intends to focus its asset management and property management as well as its leadership even more strongly on the expanded operational core tasks. It is in this context that the senior management of DIC Onsite GmbH is being reshuffled. The two serving managing directors, Hanno Schrecker and Guido Beddig, will be leaving the company. Their place will be taken over by Joachim von Bredow, a highly experienced real estate specialist who has been active on behalf of DIC in various roles for a long period of time, as well by another executive of profound operational experience who is yet to join the company and whose appointment will be announced shortly.
