Lenexa, KS, Sept. 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital Ally, Inc. (“Digital Ally” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: DGLY), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $3.05 per share. The Company has also granted to the underwriter a forty-five (45)-day option to acquire an additional 360,000 shares to cover overallotments in connection with the offering. After the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, the Company expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $6.75 million, assuming no exercise of the overallotment option. The offering is expected to close on September 28, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

Roth Capital Partners, LLC is serving as the representative of the underwriters and sole book-running manager, and Aegis Capital Corp. is serving as a co-manager for the offering.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
