Diös has expanded the maximum size of its commercial paper programme from SEK 2,000 million to SEK 3,500 million and added Danske Bank as a Dealer.
- We have met good demand for our commercial papers, which is why it feels natural to increase the maximum amount and to add another Dealer. The commercial paper programme broadens our funding base, creates opportunities for growth and creates flexibility, says Rolf Larsson, CFO, Diös.
The commercial papers are covered by the green financing framework. The programme has a secured back-up facility to manage the refinancing risk. Arranger of the programme is Handelsbanken and Dealers are Swedbank, Danske Bank and Handelsbanken.
