DLSI continues its growth

Increase in revenue for Q1 2018: +11.9% to€49.7M

Increase in proposed dividend: +20%

The DLSI Group's Q1 revenue reached€49 685K as at 31 March 2018, up 11.93% compared with 31 March 2017 when it was€44 389K (+4.6% compared with the first quarter of 2016). Revenue for temporary employment in France rose 8.8% (source: Baromètre Prism'Emploi)..

The Q1 2018 increase in revenue can also be compared with that of Q4 2017, which was also up 10.2% compared with the revenue generated in Q4 2016. Our key indicators have been and remain positive.

Revenue from international activities was of€13 191K.

The change in revenue reflects market conditions and the development of our nuclear activities (+57%).

Dividend:€0.60 per share

A dividend of€0.60per share will be proposed at the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of 22 June 2018 (+20% compared with the dividend distributed in connection with the 2016 financial year, and up 30.4% compared with the dividend distributed in connection with the 2015 financial year).

2018 prospects

The Group forecasts consolidated revenue of€230M as at 31 December 2018, i.e., an increase exceeding 6.5%.

We are looking at several possible acquisitions, both in France and abroad.
