DoubleDragon Corporation is a Philippines-based real estate development company. The Company is engaged in the business of developing residential and condominium projects; acquiring by purchasing or leasing land and interest in land; owning, holding, promoting, developing, subdividing and managing any land owned, held or occupied by the Company; constructing, managing, administering buildings, such as condominiums, apartments, hotels, restaurants, stores or other structures, and mortgaging, selling, leasing or otherwise disposing land, interests in land and buildings or other structures. Its segments include real estate development, leasing, and hospitality. The leasing segment is presented into three sub-segments, which are composed of retail, office and industrial. The real estate development segment is engaged in the development of real estate assets to be held as trading inventory and for sale. The hospitality segment is engaged in the acquisition and/or development of hotels.
