The second of the two DTEK employees to whom the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) notice of suspicion was addressed, voluntarily and timely returned to Ukraine from a scheduled vacation to participate in the NABU proceedings.

Today, both employees are in Kyiv and are ready for full cooperation with the pre-trial investigation. The openness of DTEK employees and readiness to cooperate with NABU demonstrates the legality of their actions and the unfounded allegations against them.

We emphasize that DTEK completely rules out any illegal actions on the part of its employees to whom NABU addressed notices of suspicion. The company will take all legally prescribed measures to protect the honor and reputation of its colleagues.

DTEK operates exclusively within the legal framework. We are ready to fully contribute to finding out the truth and submit the results of expert assessments and reports from international audit companies. These assessments will demonstrate that the suspicions raised in relation to these employees are completely groundless.
