Decision of the Federal Court of Justice - Annulment of the decision of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf Mülheim an der Ruhr, 21. September 2018. By judgment of 18 September 2018, the Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof) reversed the judgment of the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) of Dusseldorf as of 7 April 2017 due to the appeal of EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN: DE0005634000, WKN: 563400) and remitted the case to the Court of Appeal for a new hearing and decision. The Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf had granted the appeal of the former chairman of the supervisory board Manfred A. Wagner and had reversed the judgment of the Regional Court (Landgericht) of Duisburg as of 13 January 2016 ordering Manfred A. Wagner to pay EUR 1,523,000.00 plus interest.
