Arbon, 17.12.2018: Changes at EDAG Engineering Group AG (EDAG), ISIN CH0303692047 in the Group Executive Management
With effect from January 1, 2019, Mr. Holger Merz will serve as COO in the Group Executive Management of EDAG Engineering Group AG. Following the General Shareholder's Meeting 2019, Mr. Merz will succeed Mr. Jürgen Vogt as CFO, who will be available for further assignments until the end of 2019 and then retire.
The Group Executive Management led by Cosimo De Carlo, CEO of EDAG Engineering Group AG, continues to pursue the growth program "REinvent" consistently.
Mr. Merz joined the company almost 20 years ago, during which he established and was responsible for key operational and strategic functions within the finance area, most recently as head of Group Accounting and Tax.
The Company thanks the preceding COO, Mr. Harald Poeschke, whose contract, as already communicated, expires at the end of the year, for the work accomplished and wishes him all the best for the future.
