Result of the subscription offer

Under the successful subscription offer, around 47% of existing shareholders
have taken up the shares offered. The free placing is running until noon on
November 26, 2019.

Of the up to 415'000 new registered shares to be issued in the ordinary
capital increase, 195'069 have been taken up by existing shareholders in the
subscription offer. The bookbuilding period for the share placing remains
open until noon CEWT on November 26, 2019. The subscription/placing price
will be between CHF 120 and CHF 130 and will be set by Edisun Power on
November 26, 2019 taking into account overall demand.

Edisun Power Group
