MANAGEMENT TRANSACTION

Lisbon, December 26th, 2019: Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and of article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP - Energias de Portugal SA ("EDP") provides the following information to the market:

1. João Manuel Veríssimo Marques da Cruz, member of EDP's Executive Board of
   Directors, informed that, on the past December 24th, 2019, has sold 79,578 shares of EDP share capital, at a price of 3.84 euros per share.
2. Following the above-referred disposal, João Manuel Veríssimo Marques da Cruz

is no longer holder of shares of EDP's share capital.

Please find enclosed in Annex the form for notification and public disclosure of transactions on the shares of EDP, submitted in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 2016/523, of 10 March 2016, laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions, in conformity with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
