Changes to Key Management Personnel

Elders (ASX: ELD) announces that it has appointed Mr Richard Norton to the new position of General Manager Network, commencing in January 2019. Mr Norton's appointment is subject to fitness and propriety testing under the Company's Fit and Proper Policy.

The General Manager Network will join the Executive Committee and report directly to the Managing Director and CEO Mark Allison.

As General Manager Network, Mr Norton will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Australian Network operation, driving growth to achieve organic and acquisition targets, and working closely with key product and support management to develop and deliver agreed strategy in line with Elders' Eight

Point Plan.

His previous executive roles include his current role as Managing Director of Meat & Livestock Australia Ltd and past positions in retail, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing with Woolworths, Coca Cola, Wesfarmers and Toll Holdings. He was head of Livestock and International Trade and then Managing

Director of Landmark Operations Australia in the period 2010 to 2013.

Former non-executive director roles include Agrium Asia Pacific, the Australian Wheat Board, RD1 New Zealand, Landmark Harcourts and Australian Wool Handlers. He also served as Chairman of

Integrated Traceability Solutions (Global) and AuctionsPlus.

Mr Norton is a director of Integrity Systems Company Limited, MLA Donor Company Limited, AUS-MEAT Limited and Red Meat Traceability Systems Pty Ltd. His professional qualifications include an MBA from Monash University and a graduate of the International AICD course. Mr Norton is also a licensed stock and station, real estate, and business agent.

Mr Allison said, "Richard's appointment is timely as Elders continues implementing its growth initiatives. His extensive knowledge and experience of global agricultural retail supply chains as well as agricultural marketing and production systems will bring a renewed focus to securing opportunities that arise within the sector."

Elders also announces the departure of Mr Greg Dunne, a key management personnel of the company, who held the position of Zone General Manager North. Mr Dunne will leave the business on 30 September 2018.

Commenting on his departure, CEO Mr Allison said, "Greg has been a key member of the executive leadership team and led the business through some challenging times.

I thank Greg for his almost 19 years of service and contribution to Elders, and wish him future success".
