Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On June 29, 2020, Elevate Credit International Limited, ("ECIL"), the U.K
subsidiary of Elevate Credit, Inc. (the "Company"), entered into administration
in accordance with the provisions of the U.K. Insolvency Act 1986 and pursuant
to a resolution of the board of directors of ECIL. The ECIL board of directors
appointed insolvency practitioners from KPMG LLP (the "Administrator") to take
control and management of the U.K. business. The full text of the Company's
press release announcing ECIL's entry into administration, along with the pro
forma financial information required by Article 11 of Regulation S-X, are filed
herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated by reference
herein.
