Pitch: From great perks to a great location, Jennifer Whitt found the right fit as a Curriculum Specialist at Elevate.

Post: 'DFW has something for everyone. There is always something to do, endless activities to enjoy, and places to go covering many different interests. I personally love the Trinity Trails and Museum District in Fort Worth!' Beyond a great location, Jennifer has found her role as a Curriculum Specialist on the Customer Solutions team to be very rewarding thanks to the direct impact she has on the customer experience.

1. If you could describe the Elevate culture in three words, what would they be?

Fast-Paced, Collaborative, Rewarding

2. What work perk do you like the most?

I LOVE the bike voucher program*. I was able to get an awesome bike that I ride all the time on the trails and to various errands/restaurants/etc.!

3. What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Working to keep the front-line agents trained and informed has a direct impact on the customer experience. Having such an impact is very rewarding and my co-workers and I are very proud to serve such a role!

4. Define your work style in three words.

Flexible, Dependable, Organized

5. How do you spend your time when you are not at work?

I try to stay active by lifting weights, running, hiking, and cycling. I also love to read, take photos, play piano (poorly), and spend time with friends and family!

6. How does what you do in your personal time impact your professional outputs?

Working out improves my self-discipline and determination which impacts my professional outputs.
