The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." announces to the investment community that, the Board of Directors in its meeting on the 5th April 2019 decided to propose to the General Assembly of the Shareholders which is scheduled on the 23rd of May 2019, the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2018, three Euro cents (€0.03) per share.
