SAO PAULO (AP) _ Embraer SA (ERJ) on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $209.8 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Sao Paulo-based company said it had a loss of $1.14 per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 51 cents per share.

The plane and jet manufacturer posted revenue of $2.09 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $322.3 million, or $1.75 per share. Revenue was reported as $5.46 billion.

Embraer shares have fallen 58% since the beginning of the year.
