Empyrean Energy plc is an Australia-based oil and gas explorer. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and development of its exploration projects. The Company has three geographical segments, which include China (Block 29/11 Project), Indonesia (Duyung PSC Project), and North America (Sacramento Basin Projects). The Block 29/11 Project is located in the prolific Pearl River Mouth Basin, offshore China approximately 200 kilometers Southeast of Hong Kong. The Duyung PSC Project covers an offshore permit of approximately 1,100 square kilometers in the prolific West Natuna Basin. Its multi-project participating interest is in the Sacramento Basin, California, which includes Riverbend Project and Eagle Oil Pool Development Project. The Riverbend Project is located in Jasper County, Texas, United States. The Eagle Oil Pool Development Projects is located in the prolific San Joaquin Basin onshore, southern California.
