According to a request letter dated 30 April 2019 by Energy Earth Public Company Limited ( " Company" ) to postpone submission of financial report for the 3rd quarter of 2017 and for year ended 31 December 2017 to be within 30 June 2019, the Auditor has already submitted draft of financial report to the Company. However, due to the current situation of the Company is very vulnerable, with respect to the legal issues and concerns of minor shareholders, who form a LINE group with over 1,400 members and have great interests in the Company' s news. The Company requires the legal department to review the draft of financial report, which cannot finish and submit the financial report within 30 June 2019 as previously requested. After the legal review, the final draft of financial report will be submitted for the management review; therefore, the Company requests the extension of submission of financial report for one month.

Because the Company's situation is very sensitive to the minor shareholders and the Company need to protect the Shareholders' interests and benefits. The minor shareholders, who form a LINE group with over 1,400 members, have great interests in the Company's news. The Company therefore would like to inform any development to the minor shareholders accordingly.
