Energy Earth Public Company Limited ( " Company" ) has the important resolutions of the Board of Director's Meeting no. 3/2019 held on 3 April 2019 at 14:00 hrs as follows;

1.An unanimous resolution to propose an agenda in the Shareholders' meeting to consider seeking an approval for an exemption from temporary trading of shares under SP sign, namely EARTH, on 1 July 2019, in accordance with the Stock Exchange of Thailand' s announcement regarding the Regulatory Reform Plan, since the action would directly affect the Shareholders and many Shareholders have raised concerns with the Company via direct contact, mails and telephone calls. Therefore, this is to allow the Company to seek for an exemption of temporary trading from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and to hold a Shareholders' meeting to consider such matter.

2.The Board of Director has passed a resolution to schedule the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting no. 2/2019 on 17 May 2019 at 14:00 hrs, at the Landmark Hotel, 138 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok. with the Agenda as follows;

Agenda 2 To approve the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the Year 2019 held on 13 March 2019

Agenda 3 To consider seeking an approval for an exemption from temporary trading of shares under SP sign, namely EARTH, on 1 July 2019, in accordance with the Stock Exchange of Thailand's announcement regarding the Regulatory Reform Plan.

Agenda 4 Other matter, if any

Chairman proposed the record date on 17 April 2019 for the Shareholders to have a right to attend the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting no. 2/2019.
