Energy Edge Technologies Corporation is comprised of two subsidiaries: Energy Edge Solutions Inc. and The Gourmet Chicken Company, Inc. (TGCC). Energy Edge Solutions Inc. (EES) applies technologies and engineering approaches to positively affect the energy consuming loads in a facility, and works to improve the efficiency of equipment and systems to reduce energy consumption. EES has developed an e-tool called the Energy Edge Analyzer, which is used for developing facility specific energy savings calculations and project designs. TGCC is primarily engaged in the business of licensing, developing and operating company restaurants and franchising a system of quick-service and fast casual restaurants.
