Launched early last year, Engineering's recruitment campaign led to the permanent hiring of 1,215 people, including 1,052 in Italy.
The campaign focused on economics and science graduates with excellent grades, a strong interest in participating in innovative technology projects and the desire to be part of a major global Italian company.

The figure confirms the company's investment and growth in the most innovative IT sectors and is proof that, despite the negative statistics of recent years, the labor market in Italy recognizes and rewards the best professionals.

During the year, new employees undertook a training course at Engineering's IT Training & Management School 'Enrico Della Valle'.
With 200 certified teachers and more than 300 catalogue courses, Engineering's School delivers 17,000 person/days of technical, methodological and behavioral training each year for employees and customers.

'Among the objectives achieved by our company in 2015,' says Paolo Pandozy, CEO of Engineering, 'having reached and exceeded the number of over one thousand new permanent recruitments makes us very proud because, behind every young person we hire, there is a dream come true, and often a new family that is created. All this is worth more than any positive result achieved in these years.'
