Enservco Corporation is a diversified national provider of specialized well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries. The Company's segments include Production Services, and Completion and Other Services. The Company's Production Services segment consists of hot oiling services, acidizing, and pressure testing. Its Completion and Other Services segment consists of frac water heating and other services. It owns and operates a fleet of specialized trucks, trailers, frac tanks and other well-site related equipment and serves customers in several domestic oil and gas producing areas, including the Denver-Julesburg Basin (DJ Basin)/Niobrara area in Colorado and Wyoming, the San Juan Basin in northwestern New Mexico, the Marcellus and Utica Shale areas in Pennsylvania and Ohio, the Jonah area, Green River and Powder River Basins in Wyoming, and the Eagle Ford Shale and East Texas Oilfield in Texas.
