DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Dec 2, 2016) - ENSERVCO Corporation (NYSE MKT: ENSV), a diversified national provider of well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries, announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 11,250,000 shares of its common stock to the public at $0.40 per share. The Company expects to close the sale of the shares of common stock on December 7, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds to the Company from the offering, are expected to be approximately $3,887,500, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Company has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,687,500 shares of common stock from the Company at the offering price (less the underwriting discounts and commissions).

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility thereby increasing its liquidity for general corporate purposes, acquisitions and/or capital expenditures.
