BILLING OPTIONS

Level Billing

Level Billing can help with the spikes high temperatures can bring. Level Billing calculates your billing history over the previous 12 months and allows you to pay an average amount each month. Call 1-800-ENTERGY to speak with a customer service representative about level billing.

Pick-A-Date

Pick-A-Date gives you the ability to select a billing date that best suits your situation. Once set up, your account will bill on the date selected. You can sign up for Pick-A-Date by logging on to myAccount.

Text Alerts

Text alerts can provide you with your account balance, allow you to request a payment extension and check the status of a work order. Visit the MyAccount portion on our website to learn how to sign up and for a list of text commands.

SIMPLE THINGS YOU CAN DO

Turn up your thermostat. Set your thermostat no lower than 78 degrees. Every degree lower can raise your bill as much as 3%. Heating and cooling systems are the biggest electricity users in a house.

Keep the cool in. Seal cracks and holes around doors, windows and ductwork. Weather stripping and caulking will help keep the cold air inside the house and the heat outdoors.

Keep the sun out. Close blinds, shades and curtains to keep the sun out and the cool air in.

Clean and replace air filters. Cleaning and replacing air filters can reduce consumption by 15%.
