Entergy volunteers participated in the ninth annual Earth Day GreenUp, a company-wide stewardship project for The Woodlands Township. Cleanup crews spent the day clearing and bagging trash from streets, pathways and streams. Each year, Earth Day GreenUp volunteers remove the equivalent of 4,500 pounds of trash - enough to fill 76 of their 96-gallon trash carts. Following the effort, Entergy employees and their families gathered at a local park to celebrate with food and fellowship.
