EOC Limited (EOC or the Group), a leading provider of offshore oil and gas (O&G) support services in Asia, has announced that Mr Michael Lai Kai Jin will be retiring from his position as a Director of the pany with effect from 1st November 2011. Mr Lai had served as a Director with the pany since it was incorporated in 2007.

In his place, Mr Dale B. Alberda has been appointed as a Director of the pany with effect from 1st November 2011. Mr Alberda brings with him a wealth of experience in the Financial and Maritime sectors having spent over 30 years in various roles within these industries. He graduated in 1973 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Montana State University and menced his career as a Staff Accountant in Marine Colloids, Inc (now a division of FMC Corporation), where he worked his way up to the position of Corporate Controller in 1976.  Subsequently, he spent 11  years at a Seattle shipyard with the last 5 years as VP and CFO before moving into the marine banking industry with Christiania Bank (Nordea), Key Bank, Bank of America and most recently 11 years with the Marine Division of Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation where he was responsible for business development and marine lending both for the Asia Pacific region for 6 years and for the Europe, Africa and Middle East region for 5 years.

EOC Limited offers offshore floating production services that supports the life cycle of offshore oil & gas (O&G) production.
