EP-SOGO Co., Ltd., formerly EP-Mint Co., Ltd., is a company engaged in the operation of site management organization (SMO) business. It has two business segments. The SMO segment operates in bureau business and clinical research coordinator (CRC) business. The bureau business is engaged in the setting up of standard operating procedures (SOP), the provision of supports for the setting up and operation of clinical bureau and institutional review board (IRB), the operation of good clinical practice (GCP) education, the provision of edification and infrastructure for clinical tests, and other support services. The CRC business provides supports for subjects and writing case report forms (CRFs), the management of schedule, and others. The Others segment provides supports for clinical research and clinical tests of health food safety, mechanism and effect-efficacy.
