ETALON GROUP PLC ('Etalon Group' or the 'Company'), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has delivered a building at its Emerald Hills project in the Moscow region with a total NSA of 64 ths sqm, including 49 ths sqm of residential area. The 24-storey apartment building has underground parking and a built-in kindergarten.

The Emerald Hills complex has a total NSA of 855 ths sqm and includes 20 residential buildings, 17 of which have already been delivered. The Emerald Hills project has enjoyed strong demand, with 86% of the entire complex's apartments contracted at the time of delivery of this building.

Emerald Hills is built in one of the most environmentally clean areas in the Moscow region. This residential complex includes social infrastructure such as kindergartens, schools, a medical centre, a ballet school and sports infrastructure. Emerald Hills is located just eight kilometres from the Moscow Ring Road.

With the completion of this building, the Company has now delivered 117 ths sqm of NSA since the beginning of 2019. Etalon Group plans to complete the final phase and the entire Emerald Hills project in 2021.
