EURO DISNEY S.C.A. Information on the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders to be Held on March 31, 2017

(the "Company") disclosed today in the French publication bulletins ("Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" and "La Marne"), notice of its Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., at Disney's Hotel New York®Convention Center - Disneyland®Paris, Chessy (Seine-et-Marne - France).

Pursuant to Article 221-1 of the Autorité des marchés financiers' General Regulations, information required by Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code is available to shareholders as follows:
