The Management Board of Eurocash S.A. announces that on 26 July 2016, the Company received a notification from Mr. Paweł Musiał about resignation from the position of Member of the Management Board of Eurocash S.A. with effect as of July 31, 2018.

The resignation does not contain information about its causes.

Mr. Paweł Musiał took on the position of the board member of Eurocash S.A. on April 1, 2018 (see CR 2/2018) and was responsible for the retail business in the Eurocash Group.

This resignation will not change the Eurocash Group's development strategy which assumes the development of a retail network based on own and franchise stores. In the opinion of the Management Board of Eurocash, integration of retail and wholesale business within the Eurocash Group is one of the key factors allowing to further improve competitive position of clients of Eurocash Group - i.e. independent retail stores in Poland.
