Eurocell plc (LSE: ECEL), the market leading, vertically integrated UK manufacturer, distributor and recycler of innovative window, door and roofline PVC products, announces that on 5 September 2017, Chief Executive Mark Kelly acquired 123,864 shares at nil cost under the Company Deferred Share Plan and sold 58,534 shares at 235.00p to satisfy the related tax liabilities. Mark Kelly's holding in the company, following these transactions, is 109,469 shares.
