EZTEC has in the 3Q18 the best net sales in 3 years
Net sales advance 52% in comparison with the previous quarter
São Paulo, October 16th, 2018 - EZTEC SA (BOVESPA: EZTC3; Bloomberg: EZTC3: BZ), announces its preliminary operating results for the third quarter of 2018 (3Q18). Note that the results presented here are managerial results and are subject to revision following the external audit. The complete and audited results for 3Q18 are scheduled to be disclosed on November 8th, 2018, after market closure.
Sales and Cancellations
From the operational standpoint, EZTEC presented in the 3Q18 net sales that were superior to those from the previous quarter, at R$ 121.4 million. This operational performance can be decomposed into R$ 167.2 milliongross sales, marked by a 24% growth relative to the second quarter, on the back of a launch with a strong sales speed and of slightly better inventory sales; and R$ 45.8 million in cancellations, with a 16% drop relative to 2Q18, due to the distancing from the 2017 delivery cycle. The highlights of the quarter include the sales from the recently-launched Vértiz Tatuapé, which repeats and exceeds the already satisfactory sales speed from previous launches. Regarding ready inventory sales, the highlight is the megaproject Cidade Maia, which reported 72 units sold in the quarter, consolidating a positive and consistent and net sales speed.
