Group Footwear Production and Sales Quantities of August 2016

In August, the footwear production was 8.3 million pairs, an increase of 7.8 percent compared to the previous month, and 14.6 percent higher than the same period in 2015. The footwear sales was 7.8 million pairs, an increase of 4.7 percent compared to the previous month, and 2.6 percent higher than the same period in 2015.
As of August 31, 2016, the footwear production totaled 62.9 million pairs, higher by 9.9 percent over the same period in 2015. The footwear sales totaled 63.4 million pairs, higher by 7.6 percent over the same period in 2015.
