Group Footwear Production and Sales Quantities of March 2017

In March, the footwear production was 9.1 million pairs, an increase of 19.6 percent compared to the previous month, and 6.8 percent higher than the same period in 2016. The footwear sales was 9.0 million pairs, an increase of 20.7 percent compared to the previous month, and 20.2 percent higher than the same period in 2016.
In the first quarter, the footwear production was 23.8 million pairs, a decrease of 5.4 percent compared to the previous quarter, and 4.7 percent higher than the same period in 2016. The footwear sales was 24.3 million pairs, an increase of 0.5 percent compared to the previous quarter, and 9.5 percent higher than the same period in 2016.
