July 10, 2016

Vancouver, Canada, July 11, 2016 - Solar Alliance Energy, Inc. ('Solar Alliance') or (the 'Company') (TSX-V: SAN, OTCQB: SAENF) is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) at Camp Pendleton in San Diego to market residential solar systems to active duty, retired and civilian employees. The contract allows Solar Alliance to market to more than 70,000 daily visitors to Camp Pendleton, which is the largest Marine Corps base in the world.

'We are extremely proud to be working with the Marine Corps Community Services at Camp Pendleton in order to provide access to affordable, professionally installed residential solar systems to active duty, retired and civilian employees,' said Solar Alliance Chairman and CEO Jason Bak. 'We understand the value provided to service men and women at the MCCS Camp Pendleton and we are committed to providing access to the highest quality solar systems at the most affordable price. We have also committed to hiring family members of service men and women so we can ensure the benefits of this relationship are shared by the broader Marine Corps community.'

The agreement with MCCS at Camp Pendleton is part of a larger program at Solar Alliance to increase our reach across Southern California and expand our sales and marketing outside of the San Diego area. This will include office expansion into other markets in Southern California and ultimately, outside of the state of California.
