The board (the "Board") of directors of First Credit Finance Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Units 907-911, 9th Floor, Far East Consortium Building, 121 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong on Wednesday, 9 August 2017 for the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve the unaudited interim results (the "Interim Results") of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2017;

2. To approve the announcement for the Interim Results to be published on the website of Growth Enterprise Market and the website of the Company;

3. To consider the payment of dividend, if any;

4. To consider the closure of the register of members, if necessary; and

5. To transact any other business.
