The Flowr Corporation is a Canada-based cannabis company. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of premium cannabis in Canada, and medical cannabis products in other legal global markets, primarily Portugal and the European Union. It is focused on producing, marketing, and distributing dried cannabis flower products, such as packaged dried cannabis flower and pre-rolls, and intends to offer product formats such as cannabis oils, vape technology, edibles, beverages and topical products. The Company primarily operates through two segments: Flowr Canada, which is a licensed producer operating in Canada, and Holigen, which is a licensed producer with operations primarily in Portugal. Its brands include Flowr and FlowrRX. Its subsidiaries include The Flowr Canada Holdings ULC, Holigen Holdings Limited, Holigen Limited, The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc., RPK Biopharma Unipessoal Lda, TCann Pty Ltd and GreyCan Pty Ltd.
