The Company is engaged in the business of identifying, evaluating, and qualifying potential natural gas and oil wells and investing in interests in those wells. The Company's business also includes the exploration of mineral claims for rare earth minerals. The Company's properties include the Hayter Well and Zoro 1 Mineral Claim. The Company holds a 50% working interest of the County Line Energy Corp. interest in the Hayter Well located in Alberta, Canada. County Line Energy Corp. is the operator of the Hayter well. The Company's Zoro 1 property is located near the east shore of Wekusko Lake in west-central Manitoba, approximately 25 kilometers east of the mining community of Snow Lake, 249 kilometers southeast of Thompson and 571 kilometers north-northeast of Winnipeg.
