Forthnet S.A. announces that Mr. Alexandros Davos takes over as the Company's Retail
Commercial Executive Director. Mr. Davos has acquired extensive experience through several positions in Groups and multinational companies in the sectors of Telecommunications as well as consumer goods, i.e. OTE Group, FrieslandCampina, Schwarzkopf - Henkel, where he possessed similar positions of high responsibility.
This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.1.5 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as in force, in combination with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 for market abuse (MAR) and art. 2 and 3 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
