Finance Executive Director. Mr. Tzelepis has acquired extensive experience through several positions in local as well as international organizations, including OTE, Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Merrill Lynch, AXIA Ventures Group and Procter & Gamble.
This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.1.5 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of the Law 3340/2005 and art. 2 and 3 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
