CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the ''Announcement'') of the Company dated 26 July 2017 in relation to, among other matters, the appointment and resignation of Directors. Definitions and terms used herein, unless the context requires otherwise, shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

Due to an inadvertent typographical mistake, the Company would like to clarify that the correct age of Ms. Meng Ying, being the newly appointed executive Director, should be 36.

Save as disclosed herein, all other contents of the Announcement remain unchanged.
