On June 26, 2020, FuelCell Energy, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it expects to join the broad-market Russell3000ÒIndex at the conclusion of the 2020 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the US market opens on June 29, according to a preliminary list of additions posted June 5. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
