DISPATCH OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

Gascoyne Resources Limited ("Gascoyne" or "Company")(ASX:GCY) advises that the Supplementary Prospectus in relation to the Company's non-renounceable entitlement offer ("Entitlement Offer"), as released to the ASX on 23 April 2019, has been dispatched to Eligible Shareholders.

Eligible Shareholders are those persons who were the registered holder of the Company's shares as at 5pm (Perth time) on 8 April 2019, being the record date for the Entitlement Offer, and had a registered address in Australia, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

The Supplementary Prospectus dated 23 April 2019 is to be read together with the Entitlement Offer Prospectus dated 2 April 2019.

Eligible Shareholders can also obtain a copy of the Entitlement Offer Prospectus, Supplementary Prospectus and their personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form through their 'Investors Login' at https://www.advancedshare.com.au/investorsand will require their Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Security Holder Reference Number (SRN) and post code to gain access.
