Ural vehicle plant shows AWD Ural vehicles for construction industry at the largest international construction exhibition 'Construction Vehicles and Technologies 2017'. These are Next saddle truck with a slipper, and Ural Next passenger truck with a crew cabin, Ural-6370 with a CNG engine and a new four-axle vehicle (8*8) with the load of below 44t with a cementing superstructure for oil well servicing.

The advantage of the vehicle with a cementing superstructure is its 8*8 wheel formula: equal and optimal load to the axles provides for better off-road and payload capacities, permissible load to the two front axle may reach 18t, and that to the rear bogie - 26t.The payload of the new chassis is 30t.The mounting length that is increased up to 8.500mm allows for installation of special-purpose heavy superstructures including construction, crane and oil and gas superstructures. The vehicle is outfitted with Euro-5 YMZ-653 engine with the power output of 422 hp (torque of 2,000 Nm), 16-speed gearbox and 2-gear transfer case. Cab-over-engine with a slipper and improved ergonomics, heat and noise insulation. The start of serial production of this model is planned for 2018.

Ural-6370 dump-truck with increased payload (gross vehicle weight of 33.5t, payload of 18.5t), outfitted with gas engine, is another vehicle in the environmentally safe and efficient lineup of GAZ Group. The basic diesel version of Ural-6370 (6*6) has been produced since 2010, the gas version works on compressed methane. The dump-truck is equipped with 17 gas bottles with the total volume of 304 cub. m, which allows for a fuel range of up to 610km. The CNG engine with the power output of 420hp allows retaining the traction and dynamic parameters of the diesel version, and the location of the gas bottles - the off-road capacity of the diesel version. Heavy-duty CNG Ural-6370 is outfitted with a highly-comfortable single-row cab-over-engine with a slipper. The volume of the dump-truck platform amounts to 14cub.m. It is outfitted with a mechanical 16-speed gearbox. And 2-gear transfer case with locking differential. The start of serial production of the vehicle is planned for the end of 2017.

Ural Next saddle truck (6*6 wheel formula) is outfitted with a comfortable high-roof sleeping module. The metal frame of the sleeping module allows for high safety, while the external glass-fiber coating of the sleeping module is distinguished by high corrosion resistance. There is a roomy compartment for the storage of bedding and carry-on baggage; the top of the sleeping module is outfitted with a sunroof. The gross weight of the trailer is 28.7t, maximum load to the fifth-wheel assembly amounts to 12t, and the maximum road train load is 38t.

Ural Next passenger truck (6*6) is equipped with Palfinger PK 11.001 SLD crane manipulator, the loading moment of which amounts to 9Tm. The drop-side platform is 5m long. The vehicle is designed for repair activities. The advantage of this passenger truck is its crew cabin that ensures comfortable transportation of a team of seven persons. The warranty period for vehicle as well as all Ural Next vehicles is 24 months or 100 thous. km of mileage, and the service interval is 15 km.

Ural vehicles and specialty vehicles on their basis may be operated off-road and in difficult climatic conditions, pass swampy areas, mountain passes, deep snow and sand, rift with the depth of up to 0.7m.
