Rome, February 4, 2020 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 19rd April 2019, GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that, between January 27, 2020 and January 31, 2020, it acquired 10,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.4565 euros per share, for a total of 4,565 euros.
