GEDI GRUPPO EDITORIALE REQUESTS ADMISSION TO BORSA ITALIANA'S ELECTRONIC STOCK MARKET (MTA) STAR SEGMENT (HIGH REQUIREMENT SHARES)

Rome, November, 5 2018
- Today, GEDI Gruppo Editoriale filed a request with Borsa Italiana S.p.A to admit the Company's ordinary shares for trading on the Electronic Stock Market's STAR segment (segment for high requirement shares in terms of transparency of information, liquidity and corporate governance), which is organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. With this request, the Group, which already has a corporate governance system in line with the highest international standards, is working towards further developing its relationship with the financial market, offering greater visibility of its corporate initiatives, with the aim of enhancing the Company's value. Mediobanca S.p.A. will act as share specialist.
