Rome, 16 January 2018 - GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that its calendar of corporate events for 2018 is as follows:

- March, 5 - Board Meeting to approve the draft full - year financial statements as ofDecember 31, 2017;

- April, 26 - Board Meeting to approve the report as of 31 March 2018;

- April, 26 - Shareholders' meeting to approve full - year 2017 financial statements;

- July, 25 - Board Meeting to approve the 2018 half - yearly report;- October, 22 - Board Meeting to approve the report as of 30 September 2018.

Any changes to above dates will be timely communicated to the market.

Lastly, GEDI S.p.A. announces that it will continue to publish its interim management reports on 31March and 30 September (along with relative press releases), within 45 days of the end of the firstand third business quarters.
