PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES


Rome, May 10, 2018 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 26rd April 2018, GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that, between April 30, 2018 and May 4, 2018, it acquired 15,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.4165 euros per share, for a total of about 6,000 euros.
