PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, January 3 2019 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 26 2018, GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that between December 24 and 28 it bought back 25,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.3400, for a total amount of about Euro 8 thousand.
